How do I place an order?

Shopping at Zilion is simple. Just browse our collection, add your favorite professional hair and beauty products to your cart, and click the "Checkout" button. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery details and choose your payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I select my preferred payment method?

Once you reach the "Payment" section of our checkout page, you will see a list of available options. Simply click on the one you prefer to use and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Does Zilion offer Express Checkout?

Yes! To save you time, we offer an "Express Checkout" area at the top of the payment page. This allows you to skip the manual entry of your details if you use Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

We work fast to get your orders dispatched! If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please email us at care@zilion.co.nz as soon as possible.

Be sure to include your Order Number and the specific change required. If your parcel hasn't been collected by our delivery partner yet, we will do our absolute best to update it for you.
