About Our Duos Collection
Duos fall into two groups. Gift duos are boxed sets put together by the brand, such as the Nak Hair Signature Structure Complex 500ml Duo Gift Pack or the Joico Colorful Duo Gift Pack. Bundles are pairs we have built from full-size products in the same range, such as REF Stockholm Ultimate Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, Actyva Disciplina Shampoo and Mask or a Danger Jones lightener with its developer.
Either way, the two products are designed to be used together, so the results are more consistent than mixing ranges. Bundle pricing is shown on each product page, and many duos come in below the price of the two items bought one by one.
Duos by Type

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days under our returns policy, while opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Email care@zilion.co.nz before sending anything back.
Is a duo the same as a twin pack?
No. A duo pairs two different matching products. A twin pack is two of the same product, which you will find in Men's Twin Packs.
What is a trio?
A trio is three matching products, usually shampoo, conditioner and a mask or treatment. See our Trios collection.

How long does a duo last?
It depends on size and how often you wash. A 1000ml duo lasts many months for one person washing a few times a week.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders placed before 9am are dispatched the same business day. Metro deliveries take 1 to 4 business days and rural deliveries 3 to 7.
Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip?
Yes. Afterpay and Zip are both available at checkout.
Can I return a product I have opened?
No. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What is your returns policy for unopened items?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a change of mind. Return postage and a restocking fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is less) apply.
What if my order arrives leaking or damaged?
Email care@zilion.co.nz within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or overseas?
No. Our couriers do not deliver cosmetics to PO Boxes, and we ship within New Zealand only.
