Can I return a tool I have used?
No. For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What is your returns policy for unused tools?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a change of mind. Return postage and a restocking fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is less) apply.
What if my tool arrives damaged or does not work?
