Pre-Order

At Zilion, we often offer Pre-orders on highly anticipated new launches or out-of-stock bestsellers. This allows you to secure your items before they hit our warehouse.

How do I place a Pre-order?

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked with a "Pre-order" button instead of "Add to Cart." Simply checkout as usual to reserve your product.

 

When will my Pre-order ship?

We provide an estimated dispatch date on the product page for all pre-order items(usually from 7 to 50 business days). While we strive to meet these dates, they are subject to supplier delivery timelines. We will keep you updated via email if there are any significant changes.

 

Payment for Pre-orders

Payment is collected at the time you place the order. This secures your item in our system and ensures you are at the front of the queue when the stock arrives.

 

Mixed Orders (In-stock + Pre-order items)

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

 

Can I cancel a Pre-order?

Yes, you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the item has shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies.
