2. Put on suitable gloves. Weigh the colour and developer into a non-metallic bowl. Mixing 10.7 PURE: Mix 10.7 PURE 1 part colour to 1.5 parts Echos Colour Cream Developer (e.g. 50g + 75g): 10 vol for tone-on-tone or darker, 20 vol for grey coverage and 1-2 levels of lift, 30-40 vol for more lift. It is intermixable with other Echos shades, for example with 10.0 PURE for extra coverage.
