Why isn’t my tracking link updating?

Don’t worry! After your parcel is dispatched, it needs to reach the courier depot for its first scan. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking details to go live on the Zappy, Post Haste, NZ Couriers or NZ Post systems. If you don’t see an update immediately, please check back the following morning.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been picked up by our delivery partner yet, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to modify it.

 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No! Because our delivery partner(s) do not deliver the cosmetics to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping method and correct delivery details.


Why did I only receive part of my order?

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we may split orders into multiple shipments if items are located in different areas of our warehouse or some of the products got damaged while packing or are not available at the moment due to any reason.

A violet lightening powder made in Italy; the violet pigment helps counteract yellow tones as the hair lifts.

Mix the powder with developer at a 1:2 ratio to make a soft cream. As a guide from the manufacturer: up to 3 levels of lift on blonde or fine hair with 20 volume (6%) for 25 to 35 minutes, and up to 4 levels on brown or strong hair with 30 volume (9%) for 35 to 45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo once the desired level is reached.
